- For owners: you represent you have rights/authority to list your pond and to grant fishing permission.
- For anglers: you agree to fish only with permission and follow all posted rules and local laws.
4. No guarantees; safety
We do not control users or guarantee fish availability, safety, or outcomes. Always exercise caution near water and confirm any local licensing or insurance requirements.
5. Content & licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., pond photos), but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it to operate the Service.
6. Prohibited conduct
See Acceptable Use for details (harassment, trespass, fraud, etc. are prohibited).
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our total liability is limited to US$100 or the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your use of the Service, including violations of law, trespass, property damage, or harm to others.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time to protect the Service or comply with law.
