No fishing without an approved Permission Pass. You agree to read and follow all posted rules and applicable laws.
2) Conduct & Respect
Be courteous, pack out trash, stay within boundaries, follow instructions from the owner or their representative.
3) Safety & Responsibility
Fishing and water activities involve risks. You are responsible for your safety and required licenses. See the Waiver.
4) Cancellations/Refunds
Policies are shown before you request. Weather-related changes follow the owner’s policy unless stated otherwise.
5) Content
Photos/reviews you submit may be used to operate the Service. You confirm you have rights to your uploads.
6) Enforcement
Violations may lead to revocation, strikes, or bans under our Acceptable Use.
